What is Passenger to Pilot?
Passenger to Pilot is a coaching and mentoring practice that helps people take ownership of their next chapter - whether that’s navigating early career choices, mid-career shifts, leadership challenges, or redefining your professional identity after divorce. It’s about moving from being carried by expectations to choosing your direction with clarity.
Who do you work with?
I work with:
Senior leaders who want confidential space to think clearly, reposition, or lead with more intention
Professionals who feel stuck, undervalued, or ready for change
Divorcees who are navigating major identity, financial, and work changes - whether they’re re-entering the workforce or still leading while privately unravelling
Young adults (ages 16–25) navigating education, early jobs, or indecision
Where are you based?
I’m based in London, but I work with clients across the world online. In-person sessions may be available locally.
What are your fees?
I offer flexible options depending on your needs and engagement type. Let's talk about what’s right for you.
How do I get started?
Just get in touch. We’ll book a free 15-minute discovery call to talk about what you need, what you're looking for, and whether I’m the right fit for you.
The Rebuild Track - FAQ
The Rebuild Track is a specialised coaching path for people navigating divorce (or its aftermath) while facing career identity shifts.
It helps you find clarity, reclaim your voice, and move forward professionally - whether that means returning to work, repositioning, or simply making sense of what’s changed.
Who is it for?
This track is designed for people who are:
Mid-divorce or recently divorced
Facing new financial responsibilities
Re-entering work after time away
Already working—but feeling unsteady or unclear about what comes next
Questioning their professional identity, confidence, or direction
Do I need to have a job (or be looking for one)?
Not at all. Some of my clients are employed in senior roles. Others haven’t worked in years.
The Rebuild Track isn’t just about “getting a job” - it’s about making sense of your story and deciding what’s right for you now, not five years ago.
What kinds of things do we work on?
Every client is different, but we typically explore:
Rebuilding confidence and clarity
Reframing your personal and professional narrative
Creating a roadmap to re-enter or reshape your work life
Making space for grief, rage, relief - whatever’s real
Building momentum and a sense of agency again
Is this therapy?
No - this is structured, forward-focused career coaching.
We work practically and strategically, but there’s room for the emotional truth too. Divorce impacts your whole identity. We don’t ignore that - we work with it.
How long is the Rebuild Track?
That depends on what you need. Some people work with me for a few intensive sessions to unlock a direction. Others stay for longer support while they reshape their working lives.
We’ll talk about what feels right in your discovery call.
Professionals - FAQ
I’ve done well in my career. Why do I still feel stuck?
You’re not alone. Many professionals feel stuck, undervalued, or unsure what’s next, even when things look “successful” on paper. I help you explore what’s behind that feeling, so you can realign, reset, or simply lead with more clarity and intention.
What kind of professionals do you work with?
From those who are starting out to mid-career to senior executives, I support people across industries throughout the world.
Do I need a clear goal?
No. You just need to be ready to explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what might need to shift. We’ll figure out the rest together.
What does the process involve?
I offer 1:1 sessions online or in person (if local), with tools for reflection, planning, and accountability. It’s tailored to you - whether you want to make a change or just feel more in control where you are.
Senior Leaders - FAQ
Do you offer executive coaching?
Yes. My executive coaching is designed for senior leaders navigating high pressure, big roles, or personal transitions. It’s grounded, strategic, and confidential.
What’s a Strategic Sounding Board?
It’s not coaching, not therapy, not consulting - it’s trusted thought partnership for critical moments: M&A, restructures, board dynamics, or legacy decisions. A space to test ideas and clarify thinking without needing to perform.
Do I need to choose one or the other?
Not necessarily. Some clients move between coaching and sounding board sessions depending on their needs. We build the relationship around you.
What’s your experience?
I’ve served as Global COO of several substantial businesses at BlackRock and also operated as COO and Executive Director at the Financial Conduct Authority (the UK’s financial regulator). I bring commercial realism, discretion, and insight to every conversation.
Young Adults - FAQ
What age group do you work with?
I typically work with people aged 16–25 including those in high school, college and university, and those in their first few jobs.
Do I need to have a clear goal before starting?
Not at all. Many young adults come to me unsure of what they want—that’s the point. I help you explore your interests, values, and strengths so you can start building direction and confidence.
Can you help with CVs and interviews?
Yes. I support clients with CV writing, internship and job applications, mock interviews, and assessments, as well as helping you build the mindset to approach all of it with less stress and more self-belief.
Do you offer coaching for young adults who aren’t sure what to do after school or university?
Yes. I help students and graduates explore their options, develop clarity, and build confidence, whether they’re unsure about their course, looking for internships, or trying to land a first job.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We can work together over time. Some people book one or two meetings, while others check in during key moments - like choosing what to study, applying for internships, or preparing for job interviews.
