“Everyone Looks to Me—But I’m Looking for Something Too.”
A Senior Leader’s Guide to Passenger to Pilot
Hi—I’m Stephanie, founder of Passenger to Pilot.
I’ve been a COO, led global teams, coached high performers, and sat at the leadership table.
I know what it’s like to be relied on, to carry complexity, to deliver under pressure—
and still wonder, is this how I want to lead now?
Executive coaching with Passenger to Pilot is a space for leaders to stop, reflect, and reposition.
Not because you're underperforming.
But because you know there’s something more available—
if you can find the clarity, courage, and space to access it.
This isn’t about fixing what’s wrong.
It’s about deepening what’s already strong.
Who this is for
You might be:
· An executive operating at pace—but craving time to think
· A leader navigating visibility, pressure, and expectation
· Preparing for a promotion, pivot, or succession
· Reconnecting with purpose after years of “delivering”
· Balancing performance with people, systems with self
· Wanting to show up more powerfully—but still as yourself
You’re already capable.
This is about becoming even more intentional.
At Passenger to Pilot, I offer two distinct pathways of support for Senior Leaders—depending on what you need:
1. Executive Coaching
A space to explore who you are as a leader now—and who you want to become next. Whether you’re preparing for promotion, leading through change, or looking to reconnect with your leadership identity, this coaching partnership focuses on intentional growth. Together, we build clarity, presence, and confidence—anchored in your values and lived experience.
2. Strategic Sounding Board
I also offer confidential, high-trust support to senior leaders navigating complex business moments—such as M&A, restructures, leadership transitions, market volatility or personal career inflection points.
This is not therapy, not consulting—and not formal coaching. It’s an alliance.
I bring deep operational experience, psychological insight, and an independent perspective that respects and understands internal dynamics and pressures. I also help leaders navigate the human side of leadership—working effectively with a wide range of personalities, motivations, and behaviours.
You don’t need to carry it all alone. And you don’t need to perform while you process. This is support for you—the person behind the role.
What We Work On Together
I work with leaders who are ready to take stock—and lead forward, not just upward.
Together, we work on:
· Reconnecting with your leadership identity—not just your title
· Building presence, clarity, and conviction in high-stakes environments
· Thinking strategically again—not just reacting to what’s urgent
· Managing internal conflict—imposter feelings, perfectionism, people-pleasing
· Exploring what’s next—promotion, purpose, or meaningful change
· Navigating complex relationships—stakeholders, teams, boards
· Clarifying your legacy—what you want to be known for and why it matters
· Testing out strategies, language, or decisions with neutrality
· Working through complexity without needing to "lead" the conversation
This is a space to say the things you can’t say elsewhere—and then do something about them.
How I work
This isn’t generic leadership development. It’s not about templates, or big declarations.
This is discreet, deliberate, and deeply personal work —designed for people who lead others but are ready to return to themselves.
You get:
· A space that is supportive but challenging
· A thought partner who understands leadership dynamics and commercial reality
· Honest reflection without the pressure to perform
· Structure when you want it—freedom when you need it
· A focus on sustainable change, not performative success
We meet one-to-one, virtually or in person. Sessions are confidential, purposeful, and designed around what you need.
In Their Words

Executive Coaching
“Before undertaking coaching with Stephanie, I felt like I was barely keeping everything afloat. I was leading an organisation, juggling solo parenting, and managing a big life change—but inside, I was questioning whether I was actually doing any of it well.
Stephanie created a space that was both calm and constructive so I could see that I wasn’t giving myself credit for what I was already holding. She helped me see that the leadership I thought I’d lost was still there—it just needed space to breathe.
Through reflection, practical tools, and her grounded insight, I began showing up more decisively, communicating more clearly, and trusting myself again.
Coaching didn’t add to my workload—it helped me carry it differently. I now feel more centred in my role, clearer about what I offer, and better equipped to make strategic choices without burning out.”

Strategic Sounding Board
“Stephanie brings real operating experience to the table—she understands pressure, pace, and tough personalities because she’s been there. I didn’t need general advice. I needed someone who could help me think strategically under stress, anticipate dynamics, and walk into the room prepared. That’s exactly what she gave me.
She helped me separate signal from noise, refine my approach, and work through complex meetings and investor dynamics with clarity and confidence.
We didn’t just talk about the technical side—we talked about how I wanted to show up, how to handle personalities, and how to manage my own energy. It was one of the few spaces where I didn’t have to perform—and that made all the difference.”

Strategic Sounding Board
“We consulted Stephanie when our global business was at a crossroads. We lacked the confidence and clarity to decide whether to take on external investment and push for growth, or stay on our existing path.
Stephanie helped us break down the situation and see not just the financial implications of each option, but what we—as individuals and as a brand—actually wanted from the next 10 years. In the end, she helped us realise there was a third path entirely - one that aligned more deeply with our long-term goals, rather than simply reacting to what was on the table.
Working with Stephanie is unlike any coaching or mentoring we’ve experienced. She brings unique insight into markets, business operations, and leadership - drawn from years in high-profile City roles. She empowers and upskills, rather than advises. And she pushes you forward—not by telling you what to do, but by helping you think holistically and move with purpose.”
— Founder & COO, Global Technology Company
